Trigger voice calls from any number that you own in your Proximus fixed phone subscription to any number in Belgium with a simple to use API

Our Voice Callout API is a very simple method to implement an automatic calling feature from an application using your own Proximus numbers. Use cases can range from a simple click-to-call button in your CRM, to a call-me-back feature or a remote office tool allowing your employees to call using your company numbers. No new contract is needed, and the pricing model is straightforward by using the same tariff plan as your current Proximus fixed voice contract.

Automatic call generation for your Proximus fixed line subscription

You can integrate calls in your own application. Calling out can be automated based on triggers (e.g. an alert can trigger both an SMS and a subsequent call to a predefined contact). Click-to-call buttons in a web application or a call-me-back feature can easily be implemented.

Make a call from an application

The API allows you to reuse your own Proximus fixed numbers (professionnal customers only) and will rely on the Proximus network and your own existing telephony infrastructure to deliver the calls.

Reuse your company's telephone numbers

The API itself is free of charge. Any call will be processed as part of your regular fixed telephony plan and will appear on your normal invoice and reporting.

Make sure you have a fixed voice contract with Proximus and an API Solutions account. Please note this service is only available to Proximus Enteprise customers and will not work for residential customers.
