0800 & 078 numbers

Marketing or service numbers

A Proximus marketing or service number is a virtual number and will be linked to an existing fixed or mobile number. Without any additional investment, you can manage the routing of calls to this number based on opening hours, call origin, language, etc. to offer the best customer interactions.

Difference between 0800 and 078 numbers

0800: maximum value for your customers

With national or international toll free numbers, you provide the ultimate customer service. As a company, you will pay for collecting the call from any network, with a different fee/minute depending on the network of origin.

Then, we will reroute the call to a destination of your choice, with a different fee/minute depending on the destination network.

You can get a 0800 number starting at a monthly consumption cost of €25, covering 70 to 300 minutes of inbound calls.

With a 0800 number, you can also implement WebContact: a module your website that allows your visitors to call you with a simple click

078: geographically neutral

A 078 number is a geographically neutral phone number, which is considered as a fixed destination (no additional costs/warning messages for your caller).

The rerouting of the call to a destination of your choice will be charged per minute, at a rate depending on your chosen destination.

You can get a 078 number starting from a minimum monthly consumption of €15, which covers up to 3000 minutes (fix destination).
